Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to placing candidates.
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Write and post job adverts that attract suitable candidates for different roles.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications and suitability for roles, and provide feedback to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and advising them on best recruitment practices.
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably as a generalist handling various industries. Proven ability to source and attract candidates through innovative methods. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices. High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills. Benefits:
