Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to placing candidates.
  • Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Write and post job adverts that attract suitable candidates for different roles.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications and suitability for roles, and provide feedback to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and advising them on best recruitment practices.
Handle a variety of roles across different sectors, such as finance, engineering, IT, and more. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process. Provide ongoing support to candidates, including interview preparation, feedback, and post-placement follow-ups. Meet and exceed placement targets and KPIs set by the company. Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably as a generalist handling various industries. Proven ability to source and attract candidates through innovative methods. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices. High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills. Benefits:
