QualificationsDegree or National Diploma in IT or Human Resources or any relevant field
Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience as a Senior or Intermediate Recruiter
5 years plus of recruitment experience
Hands-on experience with various interview formats e.g Skype, Teams and Face to Face
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Experience in Sourcing and placing ICT skills is non negotiable.
