Description:

Duties and Responsibility include but not limited:
Coordinating orders from the pass Check plating and garnishing is up to standard Ensure food is correct as per order placed Manage stock including stock counts, stock rotation, portion, wastage and spoilage control Create a harmonious environment between FOH and BOH Any other duties as required by senior chef on duty Qualifications:
Certificate in hospitality and / or culinary arts Matric Fluent in English & Afrikaans Computer literate Valid driver's license and OWN vehicle Competencies:
Leadership skills Excellent communication Motivated Team player Financial acumen organized Ability to multi-task innovative with problem solving skills
