Job Description:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Admin Assistant to join their team in Farrarmere. This position requires someone who is proactive, physically able to handle the demands of a labour-intensive role, and provides excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in clients with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Handle reception duties, including greeting clients, answering calls, and directing inquiries. Pick stock and pack items away as needed; assist in organizing and maintaining stock levels. Demonstrate the use of items to clients, ensuring they understand how to use the products. Manage administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with processing queries, resolving customer concerns, and providing timely solutions. Respond to quote inquiries and prepare quotations for clients. Ensure a clean, well-organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.Requirements:
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Physically capable of handling stock, including lifting and organizing items. Well-spoken, professional, and presentable in appearance. Ability to work Saturdays until 12:30 pm. Basic administrative skills, including filing and dealing with queries.
