Requirements:8-10 years of experience in product development within the automotive sector. Prior experience working with OEMs. Strong knowledge of PPAP, TAS, SPTT, and related automotive processes. Preferably experienced in the Rubber & Plastic Industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. Extensive experience in New Product Development (NPD) and process optimization.
