Good knowledge of wines & wine service with the ability to teach others & conduct tastings/presentations.
Responsible for maintaining bar & cellar stocks & budgets.
Responsible for maintaining service standards.
Responsible for all operational equipment & stock control (daily & monthly requirements).
Responsible for personnel & leave management.
Responsible for maintaining Company & department health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Food And Beverage: 2 to 3 years
Equivalent to grade 12 pass.
Basic/Advanced wine & service knowledge.
Certificate / diploma relevant to position.
3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
Possession of valid driver’s license.
