Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee the printer department of the organization. The Service Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the printer department. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of printing processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of printer staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training and development.
  • Maintain and update production schedules and job logs to track progress and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales representatives, and other departments to gather project requirements, provide estimates, and communicate project status updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and optimize printer processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to printer staff to support their professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for printer staff.
