Description:
Responsibilities and/or Accountabilities- Participate in the development of the company branding and company identification initiatives.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, programs, new service introductions and other marketing projects.
- Create and manage effective marketing budgets.
- Develop requirements for new corporate websites including strong content creation. Boost brand awareness and increase quality traffic to website.
- Familiar with digital marketing trends and channels including effective SEO (search engine optimization) and other web analytics tools including Google paid search, pay-per-click and video options. Ultimately create proper tools to generate sales prospects for the company.
- Have the ability to evaluate and report on competitive analysis of other BPO providers and SaaS companies in the industry.
- Establish relationships with potential technology partners in hope to identify new business.
- Oversee communication channels such as newsletters and other electronic social tools to maintain contact with both existing customers, as well as new prospects.
- Oversee the collaboration with sales team to develop marketing collateral.
- Oversee collaboration with sales team on brand initiatives and proposal preparation.
- Oversee corporate content for client proposals.
- Familiar with innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and industry events for networking purposes with the intention to generate leads for sales team.
- Ability to work with Microsoft and Google products including Office, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack and other communications tools.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads for sales team.
- Oversee the Scheduling, launch, monitoring and measurement of multi-channel campaigns focused on targeted prospects.
- Oversee and maintain knowledge of HubSpot and any other CRM platforms needed.
- Oversee agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers.
- Familiar with LinkedIn marketing tools and other lead sources to identify new prospects for the company. Develop marketing calendar for weekly and monthly LinkedIn posts to create brand awareness.
- Generate positive publicity for the company by nurturing relationships with consultants, journalists, and bloggers.
- Demonstrate excellent communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee the marketing team to achieve department goals and initiatives
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications and Qualities:
- Minimum of 10-15 years marketing experience
- Minimum Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years managing a marketing team
- Familiar with the creative side of marketing and design elements. Maintain strong copywriting skills.
