Description:
Role responsibilities and duties:Field all incoming calls on company main line
Liaising with all company service providers as required including
Landlords on repair and maintenance issues
Maintaining minimum quantity levels, and ordering of office supplies
IT departments both locally and in the UK in relation to IT and telephony faults
Photocopier, internet service provider and other supplier liaison
Corporate gifts, corporate photography, year end functions, etc
Assist with onboarding of new staff in conjunction with HR
Manage marketing events (typically 3 pa)
Manage charity drives under the initiative
Setting appointments, booking hotels, flights, and accommodation.
Assist company bookkeeper with the reconciliation of;
Supplier invoices and statements
Staff expense claims
Capturing purchase orders
Assistance with client meeting, refreshments and on occasion meals
Providing support to new business development opportunities including liaison with group marketing department in the US, local PR as well as internal reporting and analysis
Proof reading of company literature
On occasion organizing reports, transcribing notes, attending meetings and maintaining accurate minutes
Managing cleaning staff duties, time and attendance
Assisting with any administrative task that is reasonable and lawful in nature
Requirements:
Requirements:Higher grade English having an excellent command of the language and very strong communication skills.
Highly organized with an ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines
A proactive communicator capable of providing regular updates and progress reports on activities
Literate in the MS Office suite of products
