 Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous Previous avocado or citrus farm management experience Min of 4 years packhouse experience Strong understanding and practical experience with global standards and certifications such as Global GAP, FSSC (Food Safety System Certification), and Siza. Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word) Administrative and management experience People management experience Valid drivers license Valid passport
