Your Role:
Assist in the creation of technical drawings and schematics from concept development to detailed design. Support the civil and structural engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions. Prepare technical documentation and drawing schedules. Conduct site surveys and assist with field-related tasks. Manage design documentation and project coordination. Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, representing the teams technical input. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate with other project team members to align designs with requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.What Were Looking For:
A recognized qualification in a relevant field. Experience working on complex or large-scale projects from start to finish. Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and construction practices. Understanding of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments is an asset. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk, Revit, and related drafting software (BIM knowledge is a plus). Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate in a team environment. High attention to detail with problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.What We Offer:
