We are a busy Italian Restaurant at the Beachfront in Melkbos, voted one of the 5 best Beachfront Restaurants in Capetown and looking for a Manager / Junior Manager to complete our team.
The Applicant must be well spoken - bi-lingual will be an advantage- and well groomed; presentable and with good manners at all times.
He / She must have worked in a similiar position for at least three years and must have uninterrupted record of this.
he / she must be familiar with the POS-System, computer - literate, the usual routine on the floor and in the kitchen;
must be able to work under pressure, guide the waiters and handle our customers.
the applicant must have own transport, stay in the Big-Bay-Area if possible;
must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
