Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:Â
Oversee and support the event manager, part-time marketing manager, receptionist, and operational teams (kitchen, bar, and cleaning staff).Â
Foster a collaborative, motivated, and customer-focused team culture.Â
Manage team schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.Â
Venue Operations:Â
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.Â
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.Â
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and service.
Event Coordination:Â
Work closely with the event manager to ensure flawless execution of events.Â
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Â
Assist with event planning and logistics as needed.
Financial Oversight:Â
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.Â
Report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.Â
Collaborate with the owner to develop strategies to grow revenue streams.Â
Marketing and Business Development:Â
Work alongside the part-time marketing manager to promote and drive bookings.Â
Identify opportunities for business growth and enhanced guest experiences.

Venue Maintenance:Â
Ensure the venue and its facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.Â
Address maintenance issues promptly to uphold the venueâ??s aesthetic and functionalÂ
