  • Must have previous experience in company financial administration
  • Must be fully computer literate and proficient in:
    • Pastel (including capturing and exporting reports and data)
    • Excel
  • Must have prior experience with HR-related administration, including:
    • Administering IODs
    • MEIBC
    • PAYE, and
    • Leave cycles
  • Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently
  • Proactive
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fully bilingual
  • A technical, engineering, or manufacturing background will be beneficial
  • Contactable references
