- Excel
- Must have prior experience with HR-related administration, including:

- Leave cycles
- Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Proactive
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and fully bilingual
- A technical, engineering, or manufacturing background will be beneficial
