Duties:
Oversee the full financial function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage tax compliance and filings, including VAT, income tax, and statutory returns. Lead and support the finance team, ensuring efficient execution of financial processes and providing guidance for continuous improvement. Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management, assisting in decision-making and driving business strategy. Assist with cash flow management and optimizing working capital. Ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring accurate and effective performance. Present key financial information to senior leadership, highlighting trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & skills:
Bcom Degree Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management, with a background in retail services or a similar industry. Proven experience in managing financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
