BSc or BCom degree Advanced Excel skills Strong communication and administrative skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Placing and tracking orders, expediting shipments, and coordinating materials with third-party logistics Stock Management: Handling out-of-stock situations, tracking supplier delays, and overseeing returns Sourcing and Imports: Assisting with local and import sourcing, maintaining import trackers, and scheduling imports/exports Administrative Tasks: Briefing suppliers on colour matches, preparing POS requirements, and maintaining supplier lists
