Minimum Job Requirements:Proven experience and/or qualifications as a POS Sales Representative/Account Executive. Knowledge of POS merchandising solutions and the retail environment. Excellent understanding of drawing packs, imposition, raw materials, electronics, design methods, print and graphical content. Excellent quoting skills with a deep understanding of how point of sale units and the necessary printed materials function together. Competencies: Exceptional communicative, technical, creative, interpersonal, and negotiating skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding project deadlines and sales targets. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite (able to read and understand artwork). Valid driver's license and ability to travel. Key Performance Indicators:
Report to the POS Account Manager: Present and demonstrate the benefits of the POS solutions, tailored to clients needs and requirements. Quote POS Units accurately with their respective materials, finishes, print as well as negotiate pricing and timings with outwork suppliers. Close sales deals. Receive and understand design briefs, then debrief the necessary design and outwork teams accurately to meet and exceed the clients expectations. Manage projects from conceptual stage, up and to delivery. Sales administration. Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads for Permanent Point of Sale units. Conduct regular status reports to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Provide clients with ongoing support, updates, and product recommendations. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Report sales targets and sales statistics.
