The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, client retention, campaign performance, and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication Resolve any client concerns efficiently, maintaining a high standard of client service. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals, industry trends, and digital marketing needs. Coordination with teams to meet client objectives. Ensure smooth execution of client projects. Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and production) to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns. Actively seek and acquire new clients, expanding Mbuso Medias client portfolio. Bring in new client projects & ad-hoc sales. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure client satisfaction and business profitability CRM Management. Performance tracking of accounts. Preparing proposals, pitching to new clients & delivering presentation Proactive Client Engagement
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to provide expert guidance to clients. Client Workshops to upsell products & teach about our services Collect feedback to iterate our services to client needs & the market
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Desired Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite,
