Description:
This luxury self-catering lodge is set in the Black Rhino Game Reserve. They are looking for a junior management couple who have strong capabilities and the ability to manage and carry on with things on their own. A couple who are creative, able to problem-solve and think out of the box will be best suited to this role.Candidate requirements:
- Relevant Hospitality qualification
- One partner to be a qualified Field Guide with all relevant documentation up to date (Minimum Back-up trails, Lead Trails preferred)
- Firearm license for business purposes
- Prior experience in a 4* or 5* establishment
- Knowledge on Pilansberg area would be beneficial
- General Maintenance knowledge (Vehicles, Buildings and Generator)
- The ability to oversee and coordinate any specialist services as needed (Electrician, Thatchers, Gas etc)
- Excellent Administrative capabilities
- Knowledge on reservations or booking systems and the willingness to learn
- Valid Drivers license for both candidates with PDP for guide
- Own reliable transport
- Good overall knowledge on lodge operations and the ability to manage all departments
