Main Responsibilities/TasksWorks closely with the Director as a first point-of-contact in the company regarding HR services requirements. Execute talent acquisition processes. Assist in client support planning exercise. Keep client records and update all information required. Support the culture and values of the organisation. Communicate and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally. Identify innovative solutions and options to address human resource management issues. Ensure efficiency in all processes.Recruitment
Conduct recruitment processes e.g., place advertisement on social media platforms. Coordinate response handling: receive CVs, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews. Organise for criminal and reference checks to be submitted to clients. Edit shortlisted CVs and transfer information Template.
Facilitate the signing of offer of employment letters from the candidate and process the hiring. Prepare regret letters to notify unsuccessful candidates. Keep an updated recruits dashboard.Onboarding & Exit Processes
Assists with signing of employment contracts where required. Create new files for new hire(s). Ensures that new hires inputs are submitted to clients. Liaise with clients should recruited candidates leave client before time and prepare for replacements based on agreements. Proposals and Presentations Prepare presentations for clients proposals. Participate in youth development programmes. Actively involved in coordinating different workshops.Compliance
Collect information from clients to prepare for Workplace Skills Plans. Follows up on submissions with the relevant SETAs to ensure approvals. Gather information from clients regarding EEA1 and EEA2 annual submissions. Assists with all compliance requirements for different stakeholders.Skills Development
Support with developing material to conduct training needs analyses or skills audits for clients and provide recommendations. Assist in completing and submitting Skills Reports. Arrange staff training internally and externally. Ensure that there are attendance registers for all trainings.IR Consultation:
Learn and handle IR cases with the Director. Respond to inquiries from or troubleshoot issues for clients regarding general human resources matters. Assists in policy development, providing resources and referral information.Other Duties
