Key Responsibilities:HR Process & Policy Management:
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labour laws and organizational guidelines. Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR policy documentation. Support internal audits and compliance checks. HR Systems & Data Management:
Manage and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy. Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decisions. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of employee data. Employee Lifecycle Management:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Manage employee records, contracts, and performance-related documentation. Coordinate exit interviews and analyse feedback for improvements. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries. Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries. Ensure compliance with tax and labour regulations related to compensation and benefits. Employee Relations & Support:
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture. Assist in conflict resolution and grievance management. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
Participate in HR projects aimed at improving efficiency and employee satisfaction. Research and implement best practices for HR operational excellence. Assist in change management and organizational development initiatives. Key Requirements:
Qualifications: Degree Industrial Psychology (Honours)
Experience: 5+ years in HR operations
