Key Responsibilities:
ð??¹ Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and maintain a portfolio of public sector clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and exceptional service. ð??¹ Tailored Financial Solutions: Assess client needs and offer banking solutions, including loans, deposits, treasury, and advisory services. ð??¹ Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning financial solutions with clients strategic objectives. ð??¹ Portfolio Oversight: Monitor client performance, assess credit risk, and ensure compliance with agreed terms. ð??¹ Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of corporate and business banking trends, government policies, and economic developments to identify growth opportunities. ð??¹ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams - including credit, product development, and operations - to deliver seamless client solutions. ð??¹ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies when engaging with public sector entities. ð??¹ Performance & Growth: Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and effective portfolio management.
What You Bring:
â?? Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Masters preferred). â?? Experience: 5+ years in relationship management, preferably in banking or financial services. â?? Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in corporate/business banking, public sector financing, and government procurement processes. â?? Analytical & Financial Acumen: Proven ability to analyze financial statements, assess risks, and develop structured financial solutions. â?? Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels. â??
