Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree or advanced certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in detailed process design in the chemical, oil & gas, and pharmaceuticals industry. Proven track record of successfully optimizing processes and leading projects from development to COD. Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, COMSOL). Strong data analysis skills using tools like Minitab, Excel, or Python. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
