Your Responsibilities:
Conduct property valuations, including market research and cost assessments. Perform site inspections to analyze property conditions. Gather and review planning data, permits, and regulatory requirements. Prepare valuation reports and project documentation. Assist in compiling research and project-related data for architectural works. Collaborate with clients and professional teams to determine project needs. Identify potential issues and contribute to risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with local regulations, construction standards, and planning guidelines. Maintain accurate progress reports and project schedules.What Were Looking For:
A degree in Architecture, Real Estate, or Property Valuation (a Masters is an asset). At least two years of experience in property valuations. Knowledge of local planning policies and regulations. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. A valid driving license to conduct property inspections. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. A detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.What We Offer:
