Description:
Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Ensure inventory levels are accurate and regularly reconciled with stock records. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS). Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to meet business objectives. Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence. Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and transport providers.
Qualifications and Experience:
Completed qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 57 years of warehouse management experience, with exposure to multiple industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
