Job Title: Head of CRM - Academic
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within client relations, collections, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer relationships Manage and analyze customer data to optimize marketing campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience Identify trends and insights to maximize customer retention Oversee CRM systems and tools to ensure effectiveness Skills: Strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, excellent communication abilities
