Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to create compelling content that engages target audiences, drives brand awareness, and increases conversions. The ideal candidate will develop and execute content strategies across multiple digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content marketing strategies for various platforms, setting clear objectives. Ensure all content marketing initiatives align with business goals and company values. Produce high-quality, well-researched content tailored to each platform and audience. Translate and adapt content where necessary for different platforms. Track KPIs and measure the success of content-driven campaigns. Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for content optimisation. Create engaging, original content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and training materials. Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that aligns with brand and company visuals. Participate in monthly KPI meetings and bi-annual performance reviews with the Head of Department. Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously develop skills through training courses.Core Competencies:
