Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Agent Onboarding Support
Assist with onboarding new agents, ensuring they understand our products, services, and processes. Provide training sessions and guidance to help new agents navigate tools and resources effectively. Provide web training and guidance to assist new agents with our booking platform. Share best practices and ensure agents are fully prepared to begin operations. Point of Contact for New Agents
Act as the primary point of contact for new agents during their initial months, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. Offer support in overcoming initial challenges, building confidence, and achieving early success. Provide regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. New Business Development
Identify and pursue opportunities to onboard additional agents, growing the network. Promote the companys values to attract high-quality agents. Maintain clear communication to align agents needs with the companys offerings. Collaboration and Escalation Management
Work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues faced by new agents, escalating where necessary to ensure quick resolutions. Communicate effectively with the internal teams to deliver consistent and high-quality onboarding experiences. Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
Proven experience in business development, client support, or a related role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and approachable demeanour. Strong ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and priorities. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing concerns. Proficiency in virtual communication tools and systems.
Preferred:
Experience in agent onboarding or support roles within the travel industry. Commercial awareness of the UK market would be desirable
