Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a skilled and experienced Country Manager to oversee operations for passenger and light commercial vehicles in Malawi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, with experience in managing multiple dealerships and expertise in the African market.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the efficient operation of dealerships in Malawi Ensure accurate stock management and sales tracking Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with head office directives Manage budgets to achieve targeted profits and control operational costs Lead customer service initiatives to ensure exceptional client satisfaction Drive continuous training and staff development programs Implement financial risk management and cost-saving strategies Oversee client contracts and maintain strong business relationships Execute business planning and quality assurance measures Ensure compliance with relevant legislationKey Skills:
Strong leadership and people management abilities Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills Proven success in automotive dealership management Ability to manage multiple dealerships, including workshop and sales divisions Minimum of 10 years in the automotive industry 58 years in a senior management role (GM/MD level)Qualifications:
