DUTIES:
Customer Assistance:
- Greet customers as they enter the store, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations based on customer preference
Product Knowledge:
- Possess detailed knowledge about the products being sold, including materials, design features, dimensions, and care instructions. This helps customers make informed decisions.
Sales Process:
- Explains the benefits of different products, answers questions, and handles customer objections. Upsell or cross-sell complementary items like accessories or warranties.
Order Processing:
- Once a customer has chosen a product, the salesperson will help them with the ordering process, including selecting colors, finishes, and other customizable options. Process transactions and handle payments
Providing Information on Delivery & Assembly:
- Inform customers about delivery timelines, costs, and any assembly or setup options available. Arrange for deliveries or coordinate with logistics teams.
Maintaining Store Appearance:
- Ensure that the store is well-organized and that products are displayed attractively. They may help with restocking or rearranging displays
Customer Service:
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle any issues or returns, and may help with post-purchase inquiries regarding care or warranties
Meeting Sales Targets:
- Ensure that your team achieves their targets, provide motivation.
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Saturdays: 09:00 – 16:00
- Sundays: 09:00 – 14:00
- Rotational off days / weekends
