Description:
Key Responsibilities:Conduct installation, servicing, and repairs of humidification systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on-site. Work closely with sales to support customers post-installation. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Provide technical training and support to clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage and oversee the service department, ensuring timely response to client needs. Implement maintenance schedules and service protocols to improve efficiency. Train junior technicians and oversee their development within the company.
Skills & Software Requirements:
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability. Good technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage field service schedules. Leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of service operations and workflow optimization. Ability to create and implement preventative maintenance programs. Working Hours:
Monday Friday, 08:00 AM 05:00 PM, with after-hours service availability.
Educational Background:
Trade Test / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Refrigeration/Air Conditioning qualification is an advantage.
