Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent senior certification
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and freight management software
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding or related logistics operations
- Strong understanding of import and export documentation, customs procedures, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
