Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to lead a team of customer service representatives. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and service targets
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance, skills, and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a call center leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
