Duties & Responsibilities
Making professional sales calls to customers (leads provided)
Knowing the product being sold.
Handling and overcoming objections from clients.
Following the sales script 100%.
Ensuring no risk or fraudulent sales are made.
Treating the customer fairly.
Understanding the call centre metrics and consistently achieving minimum metrics.
Capturing and recording sales call details 100% in the CRM system.
Listens and understands the customer''s emotions and needs.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Focuses on exceeding the minimum call centre metrics.
Ensures that one''s own work is complete and accurate.
Can function effectively when under stress.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Proficient in relevant computer applications including CRM systems,
Good typing skills.
Prior call centre 1-2 years in a similar role sales experience
Opportunity:
R4 800 per month
Commission on every sale
Earn an average of R12 000 per month
