COMMERCIAL AND LITIGATION ATTORNEY
PRETORIA
This well-established law firm is looking for an Attorney with at least 10 years Commercial and Litigation experience, to join their team at the Pretoria branch.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
High Court Appearance
Commercial matters and Litigation
Experience in building law and liquidations
Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Manage a litigation caseload from inception to completion
Be able to effectively manage multiple clients and matters
Conduct excellent legal research and provide thoughtful written analyses of legal questions
Draft motions and briefs
Work closely with other attorneys to provide recommendations for resolving legal issues
Provide professional and timely updates on cases to clients
Develop case strategies and projections
Qualifications and skills:
LLB Degree and Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
10 years experience (preferred)
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
High Court Experience
Superior written and oral communication skills
A proactive and solution-driven approach to legal challenges.
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Drivers licence
