This role requires a sales-driven mindset, strong networking abilities, and a passion for recruitment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will attract candidates by drafting advertisements, networking, headhunting, and through referrals. You will screen candidates, interview them, run background checks, and match them to client vacancies.

Duties:

As a recruitment consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding, diverse and involves:
Utilise sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract clients and secure new business. Develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industries, work culture, and hiring needs. Advertise vacancies through various media platforms, including social media and job boards. Identify and approach potential candidates through headhunting, referrals, and job databases. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure suitability before presenting them to clients. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews and finalising placements. Conduct salary negotiations and ensure all employment terms align with client requirements. Achieve and exceed placement and revenue targets while maintaining high recruitment standards.
Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12) Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
1 -3 Years proven experience in recruitment, sales, or similar position. Strong understanding of recruitment sourcing techniques and candidate assessment. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
