Duties:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Oversee daily operations, including managing budgets, resources, and personnel. Ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Implement processes and systems to improve productivity and quality. Lead and manage a team of department heads, managers, and employees. Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to employees. Foster a positive company culture and work environment. Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance and make adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. Knowledge in the Finance Industry,Property and investments Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a senior management or executive role. Proven track record of success in managing a business unit, department, or organization.Skills and Competencies:
