Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 Marketing or Business Degree Sales support or Customer Relations experience experience with Pipedrive Experienced with Excel doing analysis, reporting and visualisation Valid drivers license
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Oversight:
Maintain precise sales pipeline records within Pipedrive. Perform regular check-ins with the sales team to keep data current and verified. Organize pipelines based on business unit, client type, sales representative, newly acquired clients, and prospective clients. Pinpoint pipeline weaknesses and optimize sales potentials Client Interaction & Follow-Through:
Support the sales team by arranging client meetings, preventing lost chances. Monitor and manage client technology upgrades. Ensure sales and pre-sales teams aggressively pursue renewals and encourage adoption of new technologies. Sales Reporting & Insights: Generate and present precise pipeline reports covering all group companies. Offer detailed data analysis by division, client, and individual salesperson performance. Provide reports to the Board for strategic planning. Discover key trends and areas where sales can be enhanced. Market & Industry Knowledge: Operate within the ICT industry and cultivate a deep understanding of relevant technologies. Remain informed about industry developments to align sales approaches with market opportunities. Bolster marketing initiatives by aligning sales strategies with customer requirements and market demand.
