Requirements:

Matric

Diploma in Accounting or a Bookkeeping Certificate

Sage Pastel Payroll experience

Must come from a Financial Solutions backgroud

Must have atleast 5 to 7 years of experience in payroll.

Manage Salaries for 50 different Clients with different headcounts which consisted of the following duties;

SARS EMP201 Submissions

SARS EMP501 Reconciliations

SARS Bi Annual Submissions

SARS Year end Submissions

IRP5 Corrections/ Changes

IRP Processing

Reconciling statement of accounts for all clients.

ESS system manage all leave applications.

Terminations / New employees

Salary package calculations

Severance pay calculations

Leave audits

Payroll Reconciliations

Payroll related queries

UIF forms

Payaccsys batches
