3 - 5 years working experience in meat-related field At least 2 years of managerial experience in a similar position Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Abaserve General Competence Required
Excellent communication (written, verbal) Fluent in English (essential), Xhosa (preferable) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Very responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and very passionate about production Organized and able to work under pressure with excellent time management skills Detail-oriented with prolonged attention span Business-minded and able to make informed decisions Excellent managerial skills
