Human Resources Manager
Area: Germiston, Gauteng.
Package: Negotiable up to R75000 p/m
Purpose of the position: This position is responsible for developing and implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance with South African labour laws, and facilitating strong employee relations.
Duties
HR Management HR Policy Development and Implementation Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Training and Development Performance Management Payroll and Compensation Management Labour Relations and Industrial Disputes Employment Equity Compliance BBBEE Compliance Succession Planning and Talent Management Reporting and HR Metrics HRIS Management Compliance with Labour Legislation Employee Engagement and Retention Manage Bargaining council agreements (BCCEI)
PREREQUISITES
Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field. 10 years experience Comprehensive knowledge of South African Labour Law, including LRA, BCEA, Employment Equity, and Skills Development Acts. Proven track record in CCMA proceedings. Experience with Skills Development Facilitation (SDF). Proficiency in Advanced Excel and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Hands-on operational approach to HR. Project management experience. Ability to work autonomously.
