Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication & Social Media Management
Engage with customers on social media and convert inquiries into sales. Manage and interact with our online community across various social media platforms. Utilize Meta Business Suite to manage social media accounts (training provided if needed). Follow up with leads via social media and WhatsApp. Assist customers with order placements through WhatsApp. Monitor customer inquiry trends and adjust responses accordingly. Marketing & Customer SupportShare marketing materials with potential and existing customers. Address and resolve courier delivery issues. Ensure daily courier pickups are completed. Complaint Resolution & Order Tracking
Professionally manage and resolve online customer complaints. Collaborate with courier companies to resolve delivery-related issues. Assist customers with tracking their orders. Office & Order Processing Support
Perform small office errands as needed. Track and document faulty orders, reporting them weekly. Convert WhatsApp inquiries into sales and process invoices. Website & Social Media Management
Manage basic website back-end functions. Update product availability and track customer orders. Stay up to date with social media trends and efficiently operate digital platforms.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer service or social media management is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to digital tools and trends. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Business (or willingness to learn). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to track and report data.Salary: R10 000 - R12 000 monthly
