Description:
RoleTo purchase goods and services from suppliers by creating and releasing purchase orders, administrate order acknowledgements/confirmations and follow up and track deliveries. Ensure contract compliance with, and use of global/regional/country/local contracts.

Ensure supplier stakeholders comply with relevant regulatory requirements Collaborate and communicate with suppliers Provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines Ensure supplier stakeholders comply with relevant regulatory requirements Provide effective advice to the wider organization on contract/agreement entitlements, obligations, and purchasing methods and quantities Identify and support the implementation of process and system enhancements to continuously improve contract management process Study/research best practice processes and benchmark the Company processes at regular intervals Assist in mitigating risk in terms of contractual exposure to the Company Required
Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain 5 years procurement experience Knowledge of the procurement procedures. Must have planning and analytical skills. Must have a drivers license.-------------------------------------------------------
