Summary purpose/expectations:
The purpose of this role is to fulfil all financial administration to ensure the successful delivery of operations and business strategies.
Key Deliverables:
Financial Administration & Team Support
- Purchase materials, products, or services from suppliers.
- Ensure purchases meet quality standards, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Ensure to follow company policies and procedures for purchasing.
- Search and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate purchase prices, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Work within allocated budgets and seek cost-saving opportunities.
- Compare quotes and recommend the most cost-effective options.
- Validate supplier invoice for errors and handling supplier queries.
- Maintain workshop supply, forklift maintenance/repairs and breakdowns.
- Generating orders tools/oils/diesel/materials on time and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Vehicle repairs / maintenance / services/breakdowns / PPE orders / lifting equipment repairs & certificates and maintenance.

- Valid SA code 08 driver licence and own transport.
