Description:
A dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Co-ordinator is needed to provide administrative and project management support to the Marketing Department, including the Brand Team and New Product Development (NPD) Team. This role involves managing daily marketing operations, coordinating communication, and ensuring seamless project execution across teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities
- Recipe development and testing, including cooking and baking product functionality tests.
- Uploading recipes to the brand website.
- Coordinating communication between the Marketing Team, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Managing influencer partnerships.
- Overseeing stock and sample distribution for NPD launches and listings across regions and agencies.
- Handling courier logistics for suppliers, media, agencies, influencers, and consumers.
- Assisting with procurement projects, including branded merchandise, prizes, and corporate gifts.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of marketing materials (presentations, reports, certificates, etc.).
- Organising and managing marketing store rooms and inventory records.
- Coordinating team, brand, and company events.
- Administering Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives , donation requests, and marketing sample distribution.
- Managing monthly billings (CEs, POs, invoices) with suppliers and internal departments.
- Coordinating virtual and in-person events, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, consumer behaviour, and in-store brand presence .
- Supporting marketing, product development , and sales-related initiatives.
- Assisting the NPD Team with sample mixing and product benchmarking.
- Arranging product samples and hampers.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Ability to plan and manage projects efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Administration, or a related field .
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) .
