Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to provide administrative and project management support to the Marketing Department , including the Brand and New Product Development (NPD) teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting the execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing Team and other internal departments, as well as external partners and vendors.
- Coordinate the distribution of NPD launch samples to regional teams and agencies.
- Manage courier requests for suppliers, local media, agencies, influencers, and consumers.
- Upload and maintain recipes on the brand website.
Brand & Product Support
- Assist in recipe development and testing , including cooking and baking product functionality tests.
- Support the NPD team with product benchmarking and sample mixing .
- Arrange product samples and prepare hampers for marketing initiatives.
Event & Promotional Activities
- Help plan and coordinate events (both virtual and in-person), including logistics and vendor management.
- Oversee influencer collaborations and manage stock for marketing campaigns.
- Assist with Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives , donation requests, and marketing sample distribution.
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Assist with branded merchandise, prizes, and gifts for promotions.
- Organize and maintain marketing storerooms, ensuring accurate records of marketing collateral inventory.
Administration & Reporting
- Manage monthly billings (CEs, POs, invoices) with suppliers and internal teams.
- Support the team with presentations, reports, and marketing materials .
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to support marketing strategies.
