REQUIREMENTSMatric, relevant qualification advantageous Minimum of 10 years experience in HR/payroll and bookkeeping Strong knowledge of payroll systems Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent understanding of labour laws, payroll processing, and bookkeeping principles High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information DUTIES
Do monthly Creditors Reconciliations and process supplier invoices Load Creditors Payments at Month end on the Bank Check Weekly staff Clocking Daily Complete leave forms/Unpaid/ Sick and capture on Sage payroll Complete weekly Wages on payroll Follow up on all outstanding Debtors and make notes Process monthly salaries for 25th of every month. Reconcile PAYE/UIF/SDL Load EMP201 on SARS portal and do E Billing payment Process Cashbooks and reconcile bank accounts daily Reconcile VIP to GLD Do all staff contracts Submit UIF declarations monthly ISO Internal Audits / Keep ISO file and QMS up to date Reconcile Pension and submit on Portal monthly Do EMP 501 Reconciliations DO COID yearly Submission Submit quarterly statistics Handle all Petty Cash Expenses Journals for Container payments to Suppliers Pay With Credit Cards monthly Do Fleet Card journal Keep track of renewing vehicle licenses Keep track and arrange Fire Equipment services yearly Keep the maintenance file up to date BEE Complete info on Gathering Sheet yearly for BEE renewalSalary: R negotiable dependent on experience
