Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish new sales and marketing leads for company products. Visit and engage with existing and potential customers throughout South Africa. Convert leads into loyal customers by successfully closing sales. Manage customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and seamless order processing. Oversee the order lifecycle from placement to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor and follow up on payments to maintain account stability. Report directly to the Managing Director and Sales Manager. Attend mandatory sales meetings and contribute to team strategy. Prepare and present sales reports as required. Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and reporting. Maintain professional attire and presentation when engaging with clients. Keep accurate records of customer data and update price lists accordingly. What Were Looking For:
Must have experience in the plastics industry, preferably in blown film extrusion and/or cast film extrusion. Knowledge of shrink films, pallet wrap, lamination films, polyethylene films, food films, and plastic bags is highly desirable. Drivers License Frequent travel required (local and across provinces). Fluent in English (Afrikaans is a plus but not a dealbreaker). Must be able to engage with clients in the food industries (farms, dairies, etc.) within the Western Cape. Why Join Us?
