Grade 12 / Senior Certificate. 3-5 years of experience in the Hardware, Tool or Plumbing Industry in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage Evolution. Strong communication skills and customer understanding.Sales Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Source new customers via phone. Customer Engagement: Make regular calls/emails to inform customers about promotions and product lines. Sales Coordination: Convert sales orders to invoices accurately. Rep Assignments: Facilitate customer visits by assigned sales reps.Backorder Management:
Monitor and update backorders (no older than 5 days). Daily checks and releases of backorders. Generate backorder reports for management.Customer Service Responsibilities:
Update customers on delivery/supply issues and gather feedback. Monitor customer accounts (credit limits) and anticipate potential issues. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and calls.
